PTO dues are $10 per family. Membership benefits include access to DirectorySpot, the school directory app and weekly PTO email with MGES items of note, including school calendar reminders and PTO event information. Go to the MGES PTO Store to pay your dues or to make a special contribution. MGES T-shirts and Kindergarten Class of 2033 T-shirts are also available.
The DirectorySpot App will be available in October, once families have had a chance to update their information on Infinite Campus. You will be notified when the app is up and running.
Infinite Campus is the Upper Dublin School District's online portal. EVERY STUDENTS' information needs to be updated each year so that your information gets released to our Directory.
You will not see your name in the MGES Directory if you have NOT completed the Student Registration on Infinite Campus.
Also, please make sure you select "yes" to all of the questions regarding the PTO/PTA Publications in the "Registration" tab.

Volunteers play a vital role in supporting the staff, students and programs at Maple Glen Elementary School. Volunteers are required to obtain new clearances (child abuse history, state and federal criminal history checks) every 5 years (60 months). Once you obtain your clearances, you must get a Volunteer Card from the District's Human Resources Office. The process is FREE and simple! While this may not be in the forefront of everyone's mind at this time, it is important to keep clearances up to date for when the buildings do open up again. In order to volunteer in the school, you must have the District Volunteer Card.
**If your clearances have EXPIRED, you will need to obtain new clearances and a new District Volunteer Card. If you are unsure of when your clearances expire, contact Mrs. Schultz in the MGES office.**
New Vaccination Requirements: Reminder to all families that as of August, 2017 changes to the school vaccination requirements outlined by the Pennsylvania Department of Health will be in effect. On the first day of school unless your child has a medical or religious/philosophical exemption he/she must have had at least one dose of the required vaccinations or risk exclusion from school. Implemented changes to the school immunizations are intended to protect students against vaccine-preventable diseases. Please see District website for a link to the Immunization document provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
