Great news! The MGES Directory is ready!
Please see the instructions link to download the Directory Spot App on your device.
Please note, if you already have the App downloaded on your device, you do not need to do anything.
There are several people who paid for the Directory, but have not logged onto the HAC yet.
The HAC is the UD School Districts Home Access Center. Your family's information needs to be entered so your information gets released to our Directory. EVERY STUDENT needs to be registered and updated.
You will not see your name in the MGES Directory if you have NOT completed the HAC.
If you do not remember your password, please contact Mrs. Schultz in the MGES Office.
Also, please make sure you fill out all of the questions (1-4) regarding the PTO/PTA Publications in the "Additional Information" tab.
Please follow the link here:
If you are having difficulty accessing the HAC please follow the directions in the tutorial.
Yearbook Coordinator Needed
MGES is looking for a yearbook coordinator for the 2017-2018 school year and beyond. This person would shadow our CURRENT coordinator next year, and take over 2018-2019 school year. Please contact the PTO if you are interested.
A Letter from Mr. Bickhart:
As a reminder, you may not serve as a chaperone on a trip unless you have received your Volunteer Card from the District's Human Resources Office. This includes all trips: the 5th Grade trip to Washington, DC; the 1st Grade trip to the zoo; the 3rd Grade trip to the Franklin Institute.
This Volunteer Card is also necessary to be an active part of any class party or class helper. For example, the 4th Grade picnic at Mondauk or the Kindergarten End-of-Year Party.
The process is FREE and simple! The steps are outlined at this link: http://www.udsd.org/departments/human-resources/#toggle-id-5
But, in order for you to participate, you must have the District Volunteer Card.
If you have questions, please ask.
